About Plant Whip
Plant Whip is ready-to-use liquid aquafaba for home kitchens, craft bars, and bakeries. Getting aquafaba used to mean draining cans or mixing powder. We removed that step.
Meet the founders
Plant Whip was founded by Ryan Walsh and Tom O'Brien, two people who think the future of food is plant-based, and who will ride a camel to make the point.
They partnered with an established aquafaba manufacturer to bring a consistent, ready-to-pour product to market, so a carton behaves the same way this week as it did last week.
One liter, or a lot more
Plant Whip comes in 1 liter cartons, sold singly, in 3-packs, and in 12-packs. Home bakers, cocktail bars, and small kitchens all use the same carton. If you need more than a 12-pack, tell us how much and we will put you in touch with Global Resources Direct, who supply aquafaba at production volumes.
Two ingredients: water and chickpeas. No egg, dairy, nut, soy, or gluten ingredients. Shelf-stable until you open it, then refrigerate and use within 3-5 days.
