Does PlantWhip taste like chickpeas?

No. PlantWhip is filtered and processed to remove the beany flavor. It has a very mild, neutral taste that won't affect your recipes.

How do I replace eggs with PlantWhip?

Use 3 tablespoons (45ml) of PlantWhip to replace one whole egg. For best results, lightly whip it until foamy before adding to your recipe.

Is PlantWhip safe for people with allergies?

PlantWhip is free from the top 9 allergens (dairy, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, soy, fish, shellfish, sesame). However, it is made from chickpeas, which are legumes. If you have a legume allergy, consult your doctor before using.

How long does PlantWhip last?

Unopened, PlantWhip has an 18-month shelf life at room temperature. Once opened, refrigerate and use within 5 days.

Can I freeze PlantWhip?

Yes. Pour into ice cube trays (each cube is roughly 1 tablespoon) and freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw in the fridge before using.

What can I make with PlantWhip?
