Will it taste like chickpeas?

You will not notice it. On its own it has a faint, mild taste. Whipped with sugar, baked, or shaken into a drink, it is unnoticeable.

Is it safe for an egg allergy?

Plant Whip contains no eggs. It is made from chickpeas only. If you or your child has a food allergy, please read the full ingredient information above and check with your doctor or allergist.

How do I whip it?

Pour it cold into a clean, dry bowl. Whip with an electric mixer on high for 3 to 5 minutes until stiff peaks form. Add sugar gradually for meringue. A pinch of cream of tartar helps it hold.
